Founding Partners

Adv. David Abadi, Founding Partner and Head of the Commercial Department
Before founding the firm, Adv. Abadi was a senior partner and head of the commercial department in one of Israel’s largest firms. He has vast experience in every aspect of commercial and corporate law including representation of local and international corporations, in diverse industries, both in their ongoing operations and in large and complex transactions. Adv. Abadi is also a certified mediator. He holds an LL.B. (cum laude) from the College of Management and an LL.M. from Fordham University, New York. Adv. Abadi is renowned for his loyalty to his clients with whom he has longstanding personal relationships and for providing professional service that includes creative thinking and solutions that are tailored to the client’s needs and characteristics.

Adv. Michael Oiknine, Founding Partner and Head of the Litigation Department
Before founding the firm, Adv. Oiknine was a senior partner in one of Israel’s largest law firms. “The Best” magazine selected him as one of Israel’s most promising litigators, and he has been consistently recognized for his excellence in international rankings such as the Legal 500. Adv. Oiknine has vast experience in managing complex disputes in scopes of hundreds of millions of Shekels in a wide range of civil-commercial and administrative lawsuits, including in the fields of real estate, infrastructure, corporate law, technology, shareholder disputes and proxy fights, and more. Over the years he has appeared before all legal tribunals including the Supreme Court. He holds an LL.B. (cum laude) from the Academic Center of Business and Law and an LL.M. (commercial law) from Tel Aviv University.
