Adv. Aviv Tasa, the chairman and owner of the company, has a rich background in the field of urban renewal and recognized many years ago the critical need and potential of this field. Tasa serves as the Deputy Chairman of the Urban Renewal Committee at the Bar Association, Chairman of the Urban Renewal Committee for the Tel Aviv District, Acting Chairman of the Property and Real Estate Forum, and as an arbitrator on real estate matters at the Israeli Institution of Arbitration. Additionally, he was one of the founders of the NOP 38 Companies Association at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and served as the legal advisor for the association. He served as the chairman of the first Urban Renewal Team at the Bar Association, where he appeared before Knesset committees and was involved in various legislative and regulatory processes. He was one of the founders of the first school for urban renewal in Israel and exclusively represented the Housing Culture Association in 12 cities. He was among the first voices to call for the establishment of the Urban Renewal Authority. Attorney Tasa has lectured in courses organized by the Bar Association and the Housing Culture Association, as well as in real estate courses at the G&S Center for Real Estate and Business Studies.
