Almog Yam Suf Holdings Ltd. is part of the Red Sea Group, which was established in the mid-70s by Mr. Eli Papouchado and operates in the fields of development, construction, maintenance and management of real-estate properties and operations, with a wide international footprint and with an emphasis on Israel, the US and Europe. The group’s companies operate in the residential real-estate, hotels and yielding properties sectors in Israel, the US and Europe, and benefit from extensive experience and knowledge in contracting and construction from many years of operating in these fields, with the flexibility and the capability to identify business opportunities in their target markets.

The group’s companies initiate and execute residential, commerce and hotel construction projects, specializing in urban renewal projects.

Over the years, the group’s companies built thousands of housing units, hotel rooms and hundreds of thousands of sq.m of commerce spaces in Israel, Europe and the US.

Today, the group’s companies in Israel are building extensive projects in Yehud and in Rehovot, housing units and commerce areas in towers, high-density construction and commercial buildings.

In addition, the companies of the group are leading and initiating urban renewal projects.

Projects Under Construction

Highline Project, Elite junction, Ramat Gan

One of the group’s companies is commencing the execution of an urban renewal project at the desired Ramat Gan’s Elite Junction. 89 housing units have been evacuated, and 285 housing units will be built instead in two 30-story towers, with 4 floors of subterranean parking.

Construction of the first tower with 163 residential units has been completed, the second tower with 122 residential units is currently pending permits.

Future Projects

Red Sea Towers, Kiryat Motzkin

One of the group’s companies is planning an urban renewal project in Kiryat Motzkin.

As part of the project, 48 housing units will be evacuated, and instead 326 housing units will be constructed in 4 buildings with about 20 stories each, and 2 floors of subterranean parking.

Construction is expected to commence in early 2021, subject to statutory approvals and signatures of the existing apartments’ owners.

Herzliya project

One of the group’s companies, in cooperation with the Levinstein group, is planning an urban renewal project in the Shikun South complex in Young Herzliya. 226 housing units will be evacuated, and in their place 650 housing units, commerce areas and green areas will be built.

HaBosem St., Tel Aviv

Completed Projects

Hatzerot HaMoshava, Rehovot

One of the Group’s companies built the private residential neighborhood every family dreams of. The project is located at the perfect location in the center of Rehovot, and has many advantages, including access to transportation routes and a rich environmental development, including proximity to the Rehovot Mall and other commercial centers and a variety of community services.

Neve Tzedek Tower

In the highly-demanded neighborhood Neve Tzedek in Tel-Aviv, one of the group’s companies in cooperation with Nehoshtan Inc., built a 34-story residential tower with 264 housing units (on the first 10 floors double loft apartments). The luxurious tower has a rich spec including an upscale lobby, a gym and a pool on the 9th floor. The project was completed and populated in 2007.

Herzliya Marina

On the beach of Herzliya, one of the group’s companies built, in cooperation with Shikun&Binui, two 12-story towers, above a commercial center, with 167 housing units. The project was completed and populated in 2003.
