The Park 8 Complex, Baka, Jerusalem
An exquisitely executed one-of-a-kind boutique complex in the heart of the eclectic and highly sought after neighborhood of Baka, Jerusalem. Asden acquired the 7 dunam plot, vacated two old buildings while promoting a forward thinking zoning plan which formed a new pedestrian boulevard serving the prestigious neighborhood.
The development project includes eight buildings with 65 luxury apartments and a green park. The apartments are larger than customary units in the surrounding area. Most units include unique features like private swimming pools in the PH units to Sukkah balconies, spacious chef kitchens, luxurious master suites and direct elevators from the underground parking to the apartment. All of the projects are built with the highest specs, which guarantee high-quality raw materials and elegant finishings in every apartment. HaMesila Project, German Colony, Jerusalem
A 5-dunam luxury complex on the plot where the iconic Jerusalem Pool was located. In the framework of this project, the company purchased the land while promoting a revised zoning plan that would allow two upscale 7-story buildings with a total of 45 luxury apartments. All of the apartments have uncompromising design and finishings and allow for customization of layout and combination of units. As part of the municipal zoning plan, Asden will be constructing a 3000 sqm state-of-the-art fitness complex comprising a 3 quarter size Olympic pool as well as a fully equipped modern gym.The apartments range from comfortable 70 sq.m. layouts up to sprawling 250-sq.m. Penthouses. This project serves as an ideal example of the mixed-use prime-location model. Construction started in early 2020.
The Romema Project, Jerusalem
A demolition and reconstruction project on the junction of Shamgar and Yirmiyahu streets, on an area of approx. 15 dunams on the future light railway track. For about 45 years operated instead of the Jerusalem Tnuva Dairy Plant, and through an urban renewal process, the company promoted a new zoning plan. The area was rezoned, enabling the demolition of the plant and the construction of 380 new apartments in a unique complex with an inner park and commerce spaces. The company also built a large park at the edge of the complex and allocated an area for a synagogue that would serve the entire neighborhood. The project was successfully completed and populated in 2019.
