Aspen Group Ltd. was founded in Israel in 1978 and specializes in yielding properties investments in Israel and the Netherlands. The company manages high-quality yielding rental properties - offices, hotels, logistics, industry and commerce buildings - with a total area of about 400,000 sq.m.

Aspen Group maintains constant growth through properties’ expansion and betterment, which leads to an increase in the net income and improves financial strength and liquidity.

The Group’s exceptional reputation was created over more than 30 years of professional works and dedication. The Aspen Group shares are traded on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). The company has a balance sheet of about NIS 4 billion and equity (including minority rights) of about NIS 1.3 Billion, its 2020 revenues amounted to about NIS 182 million, and its bonds are rated as A by Maalot (S&P) Ltd.


The Group’s strategy is to acquire yielding properties with high profit and cash flow potential in Israel and the Netherlands while spreading risks, supervising investments and maintaining high yields. The Group aims to maintain the highest levels of professionalism through long-term planning, learning, risk evaluation and analysis and the implementation of innovation and creativity both in the company’s management and in the management of the properties and the tenant relationships. As part of its strategic approach, Aspen Group believes that it is possible to manage economic and business activities while contributing to the environment and community.

Netherland Activitiy

Aspen Group’s growth driver is the acquisition of yielding properties the Netherlands. These operations are carried out through Subsidiaries, while focusing on properties with betterment potential. In 2020, the company purchased, alone and together with institutional partners, a portfolio of 3 office buildings in the Netherlands with a value of 254 million NIS. In 2021 another asset purchase in the amount of 290 Million NIS.

The company acquires properties mainly in the 4 main cities in the Netherlands: Amsterdam, Utrecht, The Hague and Rotterdam.

Yielding Properties in Israel

In 2021 Aspen purchased 50% of the share capital of Pie-siam, which is engaged in the initiation, planning, construction and management of real estate in Israel, with an emphasis on the field of hotels and nursing homes. The company owns two income-producing hotels in Jerusalem, a hotel under construction in Mevaseret Zion, a conservation building in Jerusalem for hotels, a hotel under construction in Tel Aviv, land designated for the construction of a nursing home project in Tel Aviv, land for the construction of student dormitories in Tel Aviv, land for a hotel in Safed land for a hotel in Kinneret. Most of the hotels will be operated by Isrotel hotel chain and the international hotel chain ACCOR.

The businessman Rony Zarom, who owns Zarom Holding Ltd., holds about 47% of Aspen Group Ltd.’s shares. Other shareholders include institutional shareholders such as Klal Holdings, , Menorah Mivtachim, Harel Investments as well as the public.
