Adv. Assaf Cohen, Founder and Owner

Adv. Cohen possesses professional knowledge and extensive experience in representing and advising on various real estate transactions, including sales and combination transactions, urban renewal projects (representing developers and residents), purchasing groups, development and construction agreements, income-generating real estate, agricultural estates, kibbutzim, real estate taxation, and more. Adv. Cohen serves as the Deputy Chairman of the Urban Renewal Committee and a member of the Property and Real Estate Committee at the Israel Bar Association. Throughout his career, Adv. Assaf Cohen has represented development and construction companies, public entities, investors, and purchasing groups in complex real estate transactions and has also guided residential construction projects. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law (L.L.B) and a master’s degree in business administration with a specialization in Finance (M.B.A). He is also a certified mediator and notary.

Adv. Dalit Cohen

Adv. Cohen specializes in advising and guiding complex real estate transactions within the firm. Dalit has extensive experience overseeing large-scale projects, particularly in urban renewal transactions, combination deals, transactions with the Israel Land Authority, and more. She also specializes in financing real estate transactions, whether for development or individual purposes, including the sale, purchase, and rental of income-generating properties. Additionally, she has a rich background in commercial law, including guiding transactions and commercial engagements in various fields, as well as in drafting lasting powers of attorney and wills. She holds a bachelor’s degree in law (L.L.B) and is certified as a notary.

Adv. Shai Eshbal

Holds a Master’s degree in Law and has joined the Urban Renewal Department at the firm, focusing on managing large-scale urban renewal projects.

As part of her role, Adv. Eshbal handles processes planning , negotiates with various parties; residents, developers, and authorities, and provides legal solutions for all stages of the project - from initiation to execution. She specializes in complex real estate transactions, including drafting agreements, conducting legal due diligence, and handling purchase and sale procedures, all while ensuring professional and tailored advice to meet clients’ needs.
