Commercial Complexes
BLK has been involved in the design of over 20 commercial complexes in Israel as well as overseas and was awarded the 2011 Excellency in Construction Award for the design of the G Cinema City Complex.
High - Rise Projects
BLK has extensive experience in the design of high-rise office, residential and multi-use projects. These include ‘City Tower’ and ‘Rogovin-Tidhar Tower’ along the Ayalon; the Tel-Aviv exclusive 46 floor ‘Rothschild Residential Tower, designed in cooperation with RMP, which was awarded Israel’s 2011 Design Award sponsored by ‘Domus’ International magazine; the 45 floor Tel-Aviv ‘Alon Towers’ (BSR) Office Towers; the ‘W Boutique’ Residential Tower, the 55 floor multiuse ‘Hashachar Tower’ which encompasses Commercial center, Office floors and Residential floors; Etz-Haim and Kiach complexes in the heart of Jerusalem, designed in cooperation with PCF-P, which encompass three buildings for preservation, four residential towers and two hotels; As well as the ‘Rothschild 10’ project, which encompasses five buildings for preservation and a 40 floor hotel and residential tower, ‘City Gate Tower’, a 70 floor multiuse tower, and Marriott Hotel in Japan, three projects designed in cooperation with Ranni Ziss Architects.
Residential Developments
BLK has designed over 20,000 housing units in Israel and worldwide. The Firm’s ‘Osielde Europeiski’ project in Krakow was selected ‘Poland’s Best Residential project of the year’ for the years 2003 & 2006; the ‘Washington Residential project’ in Bucharest was selected ‘Romania’s Best Residential Project of the Year’ in 2005 and ‘Neve-Savion’ in Or-Yehuda (designed in cooperation with Blumenthal and Moran-Dick Firms) was awarded the “Excellence in Construction” Award.
Other Activities
BLK is involved in the design of projects of various types and scales from a single office building such as the ‘Center Point’ project in Budapest which was selected as ‘Hungary’s Best Office Project of the Year’ in 2006, to complex public buildings such as the new government campus in Upper Nazareth, hotels, resorts, logistic centers, town planning and urban design projects.
