What recent key move did you lead?

Over the past few years, we significantly integrated our economic consulting operations with our real estate operations.

These were two separate areas of operation, and currently we created a synergy between our various operations, so that our real estate operations feed the mortgage consulting segment and vice versa, customers who turn to us for buying real estate use Bakara's services for receiving mortgages and professional consulting.

What are the company’s strongest attributes?

I think that our strongest attribute is our familial atmosphere.

Everyone works for each other's benefit.

Which of the company’s recent key moves will lead to it becoming stronger over the next few years?

Over the past three years, we acquired lands outside of Gush Dan, in very high demand areas in Judea and Samaria.

These land reserves have plans for thousands of apartments and commerce areas.

These are moves that would bring us to the same level of big players in our industry.

What would you recommend an up-and-coming executive?

Robin Sharma said: "See what everyone sees, and think what nobody is thinking". This is an excellent quote for out-of-the-box thinking, always thinking creatively and differently.

Furthermore, I believe that managers are able to rally their employees through their ability to listen and emotionally contain… everyone join the cause first and foremost for them…

What should one remember during hardships?

Always remember that we are serving important causes and that people are counting on us.

At the end of the day, in our area of work, we deliver to people their most important asset.
