These agents manage over 28,000 insurance policies annually, with a total volume of more than NIS3 billion. Group Activity
NadlaHon Fund
NadlaHon Fund focuses on urban renewal projects in Tel Aviv and Gush Dan area. The fund raised approximately NIS120 million and has been operating for approximately 3 years. Investing in the fund allows the investor to benefit from a similar transaction to a real estate transaction without actually executing a sale transaction, reducing expenses associated with direct real estate investments, such as purchase tax, improvement levies, and other fees. An investor will only pay a 15% capital gains tax. Investing in a real estate-backed fund within the framework of urban renewal projects in Tel Aviv and Gush Dan area provides the investor with the opportunity to earn a profit from the increase in value and a fixed income without having to manage the property and all that goes along with it. In addition to a mortgage lien on his name, the investor receives a substantial guarantee from the investment fund, just like a lending bank and according to the law of sale. This regulation allows the investor full transparency of the fund’s conduct. With this fund, one can invest in real estate in a similar way to buying a house, without having to deal with all the pitfalls of purchasing a house, such as taxation and additional construction costs, while remaining flexible, since it is an alternative investment rather than a sale. In contrast to real estate transactions, the return can be received in a variety of ways. Investors can receive payouts according to their choice - throughout the investment period, at the end, or both. Investors’ money is insured by a bank accompanying each project in the fund.
Sapir Fund Sapir Fund focuses on the field of insurance, by raising funds for the purpose of buying insurance portfolios and growing them. The fund raised about NIS90 million and has been operating for about 10 years. This is the only fund in Israel that allows you to invest in the field of insurance through a unique model, one which is profitable on the one hand and backed by collateral on the other, so the company’s customers will benefit from maximum returns as well as enhanced security and guarantees. The investment is liquid and conducted with complete transparency. The profits generated by the portfolios come from the largest and most stable entities in the economy - Israel’s leading insurance companies and investment institutions.
The fund allows its clients to invest in a variety of insurance and pension portfolios that yield a constant and stable cashflow, over the long term. The company’s insurance portfolios are managed by it for the benefit of its investors. This combination creates a situation where Sapir Fund customers are provided with the best securities.
Heznek Fund An exclusive fund that allows its clients to invest in innovative companies and start-ups that possess the potential to succeed. The investment funds are offered to entrepreneurs and startups at the beginning of their journey when they are raising capital for further product development. The fund provides selected startups with research and development grants, investment funds for the needs of establishing incubators and laboratories, and much more, and its profits are based on early identification and the purchase of shares at an attractive price - which skyrockets after the company matures and realizes its potential. As of today, the fund invests in several startups from the worlds of IT and biotech, among which are:
Betalin - A company that developed a breakthrough technology in the field of diabetes which allows cells that produce insulin to be transplanted in patients with diabetes.
CyWat Technologies - A group of entrepreneurs and experts developing a revolutionary solution for ensuring the quality of water reservoirs. Using this monitoring, water suppliers around the world will be able to prevent water pollution incidents in real time and ensure public health and safety.
