Experienced Management Team

The management roster and the owners are all trained engineers, with over 30 years of experience in real estate project management and execution, in different sectors and in various scopes, providing solutions for all stages of construction. Current management members are present and involved in fieldwork for all projects, daily, and their experience finds expression in the project’s successful fulfillment and in meeting goals.
Mr. Ariel Bavli, Founder and Owner
B.A., Civil Engineering, with honors. Holds vast experience as a project manager in contracting companies, including 10 years as project manager for Solel Bone. During those years he managed diverse projects of various scopes, including residential construction, offices, and old age homes.
Mr. Safi Al-Sheikh, Cheif Engineering Officer and Partner
B.A., Civil Engineering. Takes considerable part in the company’s contracting activities while using his vast and diverse experience comprising of about 30 years in engineering and project management, including for Solel Bone where he served as regional manager.
The Company’s client base includes large initiation companies and building associations. The company has executed and is still executing many projects for “Ashdar”, as well as for “Shikun VeBinui”, the IDF’s Residence Directorate, the “Migdal Academaim” association, “Meshulam Levinstein” and others, while gradually transitioning towards contractual execution of company-initiated projects.
The company is currently executing projects amounting to about 1,400 housing units:
• Sharona in Kfar Yona – for “Ashdar”, 318 units
• Modi’in – for “Ashdar”, 178 housing units
• Pardes Hana Dreams – for “Shikun VeBinui”, 78 housing units
• Vardiya on the Seaside – for “Ofek Batan”, 137 housing units
• Gedera – a self-initiated project, 153 housing units
• Agamim Netanya – for “Ashdar”, 32 housing units
• Harish – for “Shafir”, 234 housing units
• Park Tower Netanya – for “SCG Real Estate”, 72 housing units
• Sea Tower – a self-initiated and self-executed project, including a 24-storey high-rise and a parking lot in the Kurdani neighborhood in Kiryat Motzkin, amounting to 113 housing units.
• Joint projects with “Effi Capital” – in Gedera, amounting to 460 housing units, and in Jerusalem, amounting to 130 housing units.
• Joint projects with “Geshem LaMishtaken” – in Nahariya, amounting to 600 housing units, and in Jerusalem, amounting to 500 housing units.
• An initiation-contractual project in Kiryat Yam – amounting to 262 housing units.
• A contractual project in Kiryat Yam – amounting to 169 housing units
• A contractual-initiation project in Acre – amounting to 300 housing units
These projects represent an accumulated worth of NIS 2.10 billion of contractual work in the coming three years.
The company is a regular Ilan (The Israeli Association for Children with Disabilities) donor, it endorses IDF units and dedicates time for community activities during company events, among others through volunteer work for the Leket Israel food bank association.
