About Ben Zur – Ben Dan Group

Ben Zur - Ben Dan Group specializes in the development and construction of urban renewal projects in the centrum of the Tel Aviv MTA, Israel. As a development and construction group with proven expertise in the execution of complex urban renewal development projects, Ben Zur – Ben Dan takes a “hands on” approach towards managing all aspects of its projects. The group manages the design and entitlement processes, while taking into account the various aspects of construction with the aim of shortening the overall project’s duration while enhancing the finished product’s quality. Afterwards, the group leverages its proficiency and in-depth familiarity with the project’s design and specifications to optimally manage the construction process. The group’s carefully selected projects typically involve the demolition of old condominium buildings, and development of new and larger ones. Putting together this type of projects requires continuous communication with the owners of the existing condominiums. At Ben Zur – Ben Dan, we are dedicated to providing our tenants with superb professional assistance from our first meeting all the way to completion and occupancy, while developing long lasting relationships of trust with them during this long development process.

Green Building which Far Surpasses the Norm

Ben Zur – Ben Dan Group carefully follows green building principles in its projects, complying with the Israeli standard at least one level above the requirements of the authorities and the market standard, thus providing its tenants with a product of higher economic and functional value. The group’s tenants benefit from residing in healthier and more pleasant homes - with enhanced thermal and acoustic insulation and better airflow - as well as from savings in their electricity and water bills.

The Group’s Values

The group follows its core values: respect and fairness to its customers as well as assistance to elderly and special-need individuals; Human lives: the group consistently works to implement a culture of safe work in its construction sites, with the aim of ensuring the safety of all of its workers, suppliers, neighbors and visitors; Reliability and sustainability are values driving the group’s focus on creating a first-class product for its customers, with much thought and careful oversight on its design and construction process, while improving their quality of life by complying with green building standards at a higher level; Lastly, the group constantly learns and evolves from project to project.
