Selected and Under Construction Projects

32-36 Yehuda HaMakkabbi, Tel Aviv: Tama 38/2 – An upscale project, demolition of two existing buildings with 33 apartments and construction of a new building with 64 apartments in the framework of Tama 38/2 and the Quarters Plan. The project is located at the iconic corner Weizmann and Yehuda HaMakkabbi. The project includes shared work and leisure spaces and sets a high standard. Execution started in July 2023.
3 HaMatmon Cohen, Tel Aviv: Near Kikar HaMedina. Demolition of 12 apartments and the construction of 25 new apartments. Execution started in February 2024.
14A Ein Gedi, Givatayim: demolition of 12 existing apartments and construction of 28 new ones. Located in a quiet inner street. Received permit with execution expected to begin in 3Q24.
6 Shlomtsiyon HaMalka and 5 Yonatan HaVafsi, Tel Aviv: Tama 38/2 – At the “old north” of Tel Aviv, demolition of two buildings with 25 apartments and the reconstruction of two new buildings with 39 apartments.
Execution expected in Q4 2024. 51-53 Bar Kochva, Tel Aviv: a quiet street in a bubbly area. Demolition of 16 apartments and construction of 29 new apartments. Conditional permit received. Execution expected to begin in 2Q25.
152 HaYarkon, Tel Aviv- A unique demolition and construction project in one of the only residential buildings on HaYarkon Street with an open view of the Mediterranean Sea. The project includes the demolition of 10 housing units and the construction of 17 lux-ury apartments. Conditional permit received.
10-12 HaPalmah, Givat Shmuel: A Pinui-Binui project, demolition of buildings with 20 apartments and reconstruction of 3 upscale residential buildings with 68 new apartments. On the eve of receiving a building permit. Execution expected in Q1 2025.
52-56 Negba, Ramat Gan: A Pinui-Binui project, demolition of 4 buildings with 72 apartments and recon-struction of two 20-story buildings with 190 apartments, and about 2,600 sq.m. of com-merce areas and public buildings. Approved by the local committee and pending approval in the district committee.
“Water Tower” Project, Ramla (Levy Eshkol\Yehudah Stein St.)- A Pinui-Binui project where 3 townhouses on an area of 11 dunams would be demolished, and a 350-apartment project would be rebuilt, with commerce and employment areas, in 3 modern upscale towers that would transform the neighborhood.
28-30-32 Anilevitz, Holon: at the developing city center of Holon, demolition of 3 buildings with 48 apartments, and the reconstruction of 3 new buildings with about 130 apartments.
Halper 16-16A, Bat Yam: Demolition of two buildings with 28 apartments, and construction of two buildings with 60 apartments, 300 meters from Bat Yam beach and close to the light railway station.
11, 11A, 11B Sirkin, Givatayim: Pinui-Binui – Demolition of three buildings with 27 apartments and 12 stores, and construction of a tower with about 100 apartments, commerce areas, a pub-lic building and offices.
Shlomo Ben Yosef,Ramla: Pinui-Binui at the bubbly city center, dem-olition of 10 old two-story buildings with about 56 apartments, and reconstruction of about 250 apartments and commerce and employment areas, in modern buildings that would transform the neighborhood.
16-18 Hankin, Holon: A unique demolition and construction project in the city of Holon in accordance with the new H/619 plan. The project will demolish 18 housing units for the benefit of construction of 44 housing units.
6 Shenkar, Holon: A demolition and construction project in the city of Holon in accordance with the new H/619 plan. The project will demolish 16 housing units for the benefit of con-struction of 55 housing units.
Corner of HaAtsmon and HaKnesset, Holon: A demolition and construction project in the city of Holon in accordance with the new H/619 plan. The project will demolish 3 existing building with 28 housing units for the benefit of construction of2 new buildings with 70 housing units.
Sokolov Rishon LeZion: Demolition and construction project in Rishon LeZion according to urban development plan. Demolishing 3 existing buildings with 35 housing units for 3 new buildings, each 10 stories high, totaling 102 housing units.
Shay Agnon, Bat Yam: Urban renewal project along Bat Yam coastline, demolition of 7 old buildings with approximately 76 housing units for 250 new housing units and commercial areas, across several new and modern buildings reshaping the seafront promenade of Bat Yam.

Delivered Projects

11 Anilevitz, Bat Yam: demolition of a 7-apartments building and construction of a 10-story building with 31 apartments and a commerce unit. The project has a sea view, located a walking distance from the beach, a commerce center and education facilities. The project is near the future light railway. Project delivered in 1Q24.
5 HaMa’alot, Ramat HaSharon: An upscale 12-apartment townhouse would be demolished and a new building with 35 apartments, in a prime location of Ramat HaSharon. Project delivered in 4Q23.
Geva, Givatayim: Tama 38/2 - demolition of 19 apartments and construction of 43 apartments in a beautiful building in a quiet area of Givatayim. Delivered in 2022.
126 Ben Gurion, Ramat Gan: Tama 38/2 – 11 existing apartments + 25 new ones. Delivered in 2020.
