Cymulate is a groundbreaking and leading tech company in the global cyber market. The company has developed an advanced unique platform that offers information security managers a comprehensive and complete visibility of the organization’s information security status. Cymulate enables its customers to understand, at any given moment, whether they are vulnerable to attacks, and provides insights and recommendations for improving the enterprise defense array. With a product that affects the security of people and companies across the globe, Cymulate aims to become the leader of its field, the golden standard of security validation. In light of this mission, Cymulate is working to become a company that redefines how to control the organization’s security environment, and sets the benchmark and the trend for managing the enterprise security infrastructure and risk mitigation.

Cymulate is constantly and continuously learning with the aim of maximizing its product development capabilities, developing its human capital and retaining its employees. Cymulate’s executive team demonstrates a commendable commitment to continuous improvement by fearlessly evaluating both its own performance and the operational processes, fostering a culture of constructive criticism for ongoing refinement.

Innovation in Cymulate

Cymulate’s distinction in the cyber world stems from the very nature of the product that it offers to its customers: not another security product, rather a whole new category in the cyber industry – a cloud-based cyber security platform for simulating cyber attacks and penetrations. The platform enables organizations to protect their critical business assets, thus integrating the security mechanism as part of the organizations’ day-to-day routine. The company’s innovation is also expressed through the direct brainstorming between the employees, who communicate and initiate new projects and ideas. In fact, the company’s employees are strongly connected to the business side, to the customers and the product marketing, ensuring a vivid transfer of ideas and never-ending improvements.

The Company’s Growth

Cymulate was founded in 2016 by Eyal Wachsman and Avihai Ben Yossef. Due to their varying backgrounds, Eyal form the sales side and Avihai from the tech space made their connection natural and harmonious to cofound Cymulate. The two founders and conceptualizers met in a café with an investor who was interested in the platform, and the general concept was drawn on a napkin! The investor was captivated by the concept, and the rest is history. Following the formal establishment of the company, the first employees were hired, and workstations and screens were installed in tiny offices in Rishon LeZion. Through a new website for the product, sketches and diagrams on the office glass panels, the company was launched. Later on, the innovative platform started to gain interest from more and more enterprises and its customer base expanded from Israel to other countries across the globe. During this process, the company expanded its solutions and from 3 attack modules it grew to its current 12 attack modules. Simultaneously, the workforce doubled again and again, and the company moved its headquarters to large and spacious offices in Holon. Currently, the company employs more than 200 employees, with more than 100 in Israel.

And Beyond Technology?

Cymulate is deeply rooted in the care of their employees through the values that its founders instilled: We Care, We Dare, We Strive. As a result, the company maintains a vivid dialogue about employee retention and cultivation, a dialogue that respects each and every employee with an open-door policy that every manager implements. The company trains its employees in the latest technologies through courses, workshops, learning time and more. In addition, the company has career development programs, evaluations processes and personal development programs. At Cymulate, we are steadfast believers in recruiting individuals based on their inherent talent and untapped potential. The company has a hybrid work model that encourages work-life balance, and provides a convenient workplace environment for parents, while including the employees’ family members in the benefits that each employee receives. The company also encourages a healthy lifestyle and supports those who personally choose such a lifestyle. All of the above, and more, turn the company into a sought-after workplace, and many employees arrive to its offices in Holon from all across the country.

Community Service

Cymulate encourages contributions to the community and participates in regular annual volunteering events, mainly in the holidays. The company donates to various and diverse charities, both locally and globally. During the war, the company’s offices were converted for hosting families from the Gaza Envelope communities, and the company provided sleep arrangements and diverse activities. In addition, the company collected donations and equipment for the combatants.
