Dissi Construction and Investments Ltd. was founded in 2005 as a contracting company for the execution of construction works. Over the past few years, the company switched to real estate initiation and development and it specializes in initiating, planning, developing and building residential, urban renewal, commerce and offices projects across the whole of Israel. The company holds several development companies, including – Bnei Brak Housing and Initiation Ltd., L.H.V. Urban Renewal Ltd., Sasi Construction, Earthworks and Roads Contractors (1986) Ltd., and Neve Shamir Housing and Initiation Ltd.
The company is owned by Tarek Dissi who has been its CEO since it was founded. Since it began operating, the company has built more than 3,000 apartments, with attention to the attentive planning, lavish spec and construction quality.

Dissi Construction has an impressive reputation and track record of numerous projects that it executed to date, which were built in accordance with its core values: reliability, professionalism and uncompromising quality. In addition to its construction executing operations, the company has been active for several years in the initiation and urban renewal field and it is promoting several own-initiated projects of Tama 38/1 and Tama 38/2. The urban renewal segment constitutes about 10% of the company’s overall operations.
In addition, the company initiated several successful development projects, which are planning by top Israeli architects and planners, and currently it is developing about 2,500 apartments and commerce areas across Israel.

Dissi initiates a variety of Pinui-Binui projects, the main ones being:

2. Petah Tikva, Ramat Werber, construction of 630 housing units.
3. Rashbag St., Jerusalem, construction of 302 housing units.
