What recent key move did you lead?
We merged the firm of Adv. and CPA Rami, a highly reputed tax expert, into our firm, in order to upgrade and enhance our Israeli and International Taxation Department. This is a natural move which complements our agenda as a firm to provide an end-to-end umbrella of legal services of all types to our clients.
What are the company’s strongest attributes?
A Combination of legal, economic and accounting proficiency with creative and out-of-the-box thinking, that often provides a fast and efficient solution, that eliminates the need for numerous legal proceedings.
Which of the company’s recent key moves will lead to it becoming stronger over the next few years?
Many Israelis ignore the tax liabilities that arise from buying, selling or liquidating digital currencies. Our firm developed a specialization in the field of taxation of digital/crypto currencies and wallets and it counsels merchants when and on which transactions they must report and the tax rates and how to reduce the tax liability, all of course in full coordination with the tax authorities and as to help neutralize criminal exposures.
What would you recommend an up-and-coming executive?
To put customer service at the front of the stage.
What should one remember during hardships?
There is no substitute to professional and personal legal counsel, especially in times of crisis, in order to direct you to the desired goal, with minimal damage and usually to your satisfaction.
