Dubek Ltd. is engaged in a range of commercial activities in Israel and overseas in three main areas:
• Manufacturing, Marketing and Exporting – Israel’s sole cigarette manufacturer, markets brands in the local market and overseas.
• Import and Marketing – Representing international Tobacco Product Manufacturers in Israel.
• Import and Distribution – Distribution of various non-tobacco/food items in the local market.

Brands

As the sole cigarette manufacturer in Israel, Dubek engages in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of a wide range of cigarette brands tailored to the Israeli and foreign markets with a range of flavors and strengths. These brands include Time, Golf, Noblesse, Highway, Royal, Mustang Europa, Nelson, Sheraton, Broadway, and Montana.
Dubek recently launched 2 new brands from a fine premium blend of 100% natural tobacco,
Morrison in full and smooth taste and after in a rough taste.

Dubek very carefully selects its purchase of tobacco leaves from various countries worldwide, processes it and manufactures cigarettes in its advanced and quality controlled plant.
Dubek makes the maximum efforts to provide customers with the widest range of products of the highest quality while maintaining ongoing innovation and responding to the needs of different Israeli population sectors.

The company’s brands enjoy an international reputation for excellence and have been awarded gold medals many times for quality in the prestigious ‘’Monde Selection’’ international competition.

Distribution Network

Dubek Ltd. operates one of the largest and leading distribution networks in Israel (about 150 distribution personnel) reaching about 10,000 points of sale directly – from the branches of the large retail chains to grocery stores and neighborhood sales points, convenience stores and tobacco stores. Representatives reach all these locations about twice a week.

Employees

The company has a workforce of around 300 dedicated employees manning its various operations.

Future Strategy

Dubek implements a policy of continuous development of its cigarettes manufacturing and distribution businesses while exploiting its large distribution network for distributing other products, as well as breaking into new markets. Following the positive acceptance of its export brands, the company plans to increase its export capacities.

Contribution to the Community

Through the Martin Gehl Fund, Dubek provides scholarships to college students from disadvantaged neighborhoods. The company also pays for Bar Mitzvah ceremonies and parties for children from deprived families and supports hospitals and medical services.
