Jerusalem Boulevard - Hashita - Mohaliver, Holon - An eviction building project of 135 existing housing units, 450 due to be built, and commerce. The project is currently in advanced planning stages, towards obtaining permits.
Israel Misalant, Tel Aviv – The first eviction and building project in Shapira neighborhood in Tel Aviv, includes the deconstruction of 2 old buildings with 40 housing units and approx. 150 sq.m. of commerce, and the construction of 3 7-story buildings with 94 housing units and approx. 512 sq.m. of commerce and 400 sq.m. of public area on the ground floor.
Kaplan 18-26, Holon - An eviction building project of 40 existing apartments with plans for approximately 160 apartments to be built. The Kugel Complex plan, which enables permits, was approved for deposit under conditions by the regional committee.
HaHistadrut 93-101 Complex and Hankin 93-95, Holon - An eviction and building project defined as an urban center of approx. 404 new housing units, currently in advanced planning stages with the municipality.
HaGdud HaIvri – Jerusalem in Bat Yam - An eviction and building project upon 8.5 dunam between Jerusalem Blvd. and HaGdud HaIvri, which currently includes 180 housing units and will include, upon completion, 655 housing units in new residential towers of 8 to 25 floors.
Histadrut 170, 172, 174, Holon - An eviction building project according to city plan H-619 in which 120 new apartments are planned, currently in advanced planning stages.
Shaprinzak-Hankin-Sokolov Complex, Holon - An eviction building project of 222 new apartments and commercial areas, currently in the planning stages.
Mania and Israel Shohat 6, Rishon Lezion - NOP 38/2 project in the planning stages.
52 Geulim Complex - NOP project 38/1, with 48 apartments, total of 96 new apartments, approaching population and receival of form no. 4.
Alufei Tsahal 43, Holon - NOP 38/1 project, currently in apartment handovers. The building has 16 existing apartments, with an additional 10 new apartments that were built.
