What is a significant move you have recently made?
Developing PET-CT technology primarily designed for cancer patients, which allows for the highest level of precision and quality. It is not only the technological achievement, but the hope we provide to patients around the world.

What are the central moves that were recently made, and would lead to the company's strengthening in the years to come?
The development of a new generation of PET-CT devices, with significant investment in artificial intelligence, while continuing to expand our leading technologies. The development of StarGuide, designed for imaging and treating prostate cancer, brings a more accurate and focused approach, potentially improving outcomes for patients with the goal of ensuring advanced, precise, and effective treatment for cancer patients worldwide.
What are the main challenges of the company in the next few years?
The ambition to maintain our position as global leaders in nuclear medicine, while continuously developing new technologies that will lead to dramatic improvements in diagnosis and treatment. Expanding the target-specific treatments to additional diseases beyond prostate cancer, such as breast cancer, melanoma, and more.
What are your recommendations for a manager at the beginning of his career?
