What is a significant move you have recently made?
About 7 months ago, I took on a new role as the group's Development Manager, overseeing around 300 employees and many projects.

What are the significant strengths of the company to you?
I am fortunate to lead an excellent team with experts in many fields, developing products in the nuclear medicine field at a time when this area is advancing remarkably, bringing new solutions to many patients, particularly in cancer treatment.
What are the central moves that were recently made, and would lead to the company's strengthening in the years to come?
I led organizational changes that bring focus and professionalism to the company's strategic goals. The change is based on enhancing my employees' diverse abilities by creating and shifting them into new roles. The new structure prepares the group well for future goals and challenges.

What are the main challenges of the company in the next few years?
The nuclear medicine field has been evolving very rapidly in recent years, pushing us to deliver many new developments faster than before. The company needs to lead several major projects simultaneously.

What are your recommendations for a manager at the beginning of his career?
I recommend finding mentors and sharing challenges with them with great openness, while staying receptive to feedback and continuously learning and growing.

What is important to remember even during hardships?
It’s important to maintain optimism, remember that you are doing the best you can, and define small steps for achieving little successes along the way.
