About Hizuk & Binui

Hizuk & Binui Group (H&B) was founded in 2012 by the real estate entrepreneur Shahar Raz, and ever since it has been materializing its vision and it brought to the urban renewal arena the boutique companies ranking, and it is one of the few boutique companies which are ranked at the top of BDI and D&B’s ranking for the urban renewal segment in Israel. Its high ranking is the direct result of the company’s extraordinary expertise and professionalism. Our company is not an arm or a division of a large corporation that has diverse areas of operations, rather a boutique company that focuses solely on urban renewal.

Contempo Real Estate, an H&B subsidiary, was founded in order to meet the contemporary residential concept, and offer solutions to the dynamic lifestyle which is emerging in the Tel Aviv and Gush Dan metropolitan area. We see this metropolitan area as one of the world’s most fascinating hubs: Business, culture, art, culinary, diverse communities and 24/7 vibrant living. Contempo’s contemporary residential concept is aimed at utilizing the shared spaces as to benefit the complex residents. Thus, instead of residences which are restricted to the private apartment area, forms a way of life with expanded residences that benefit from experiential and functional use of the building’s areas, which are used as work, sport, play and leisure spaces.

Professionalism, Excellence and Financial Strength

Specialization and Professionalism: H&B essence and purpose is to be an urban renewal company. There are very few dominant companies in the urban renewal field which are not divisions of real estate companies. In H&B, everyone, from the CEO to the last employee – have expertise and experience in the challenges that urban renewal projects pose.

Financial Strength and Independence: H&B is renowned for its financial strength, which relies on using its own equity, bank credit facilities and guarantees for the project’s execution.

A Masterpiece of Integration: The project’s coordination and planning process is the company’s beating heart and driver. Accurate execution, lavish interior specs and suppliers who work with full cooperation to provide customers with the most accurate product at the fastest time.

Responsibility and Excellence: The company’s team consists of the best and most experienced professionals. The company’s creed is based on working from a sense of responsibility and caring, with an ongoing alignment of expectation and the constant effort to be the best. Always.
