The Imperva team is made up of more than 1,700 employees worldwide. In Israel specifically, Imperva operates two offices (Tel Aviv and Rehovot) with more than 500 employees. Globally, Imperva is headquartered in San Mateo, California, with physical office locations in 19 countries: Israel, the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, China, India, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Northern Ireland, the Netherlands, England, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Sweden, and the UEA. The Company’s hybrid work model gives employees the flexibility to collaborate from anywhere.

Imperva is guided by its values - innovation, collaboration, customer obsession, community, and sense of urgency. Imperva supports employees by focusing on well-being and employee experience, and believes that work should be fun. Employees gather regularly to celebrate company and employee milestones, participate in the annual Imperva Hackathon to build working demos of solutions that can deliver tangible value to customers, give back through volunteer activities, recognize local holidays and observances, host happy hours, and more.

With a firm commitment to employee development and growth, Imperva embraces an internal mobility model. All employees are encouraged to take multiple career steps at Imperva, and are fully supported to explore internal opportunities.
In 2022, nearly 20% of Imperva employees made a career step, and the Company continues to focus on ensuring that its top-performing talent has the challenges and opportunities required for professional advancement. This includes manager training, leadership courses, career fairs, and offering LinkedIn Learning to all employees.

Dedicated to Community and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion

Imperva strives to make a meaningful change in the world, creating an environment that encourages diverse thoughts, voices and identities. For Imperva, true innovation requires unique perspectives, and diversity is a business imperative. The Company views diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) as a leading value in all its endeavors, one which lights the way in supporting its teams worldwide.
The Imperva Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Council has been active since November 2020 and is led by a diverse coalition of employees with varying ages, racial and gender identities, and beliefs. The regional DE&I Council model allows for more employees to engage in the Councils’ important work and expands impact locally.
In 2023, the Israel DE&I Council hosted Pride Month celebrations; partnered with Ta’asuka Shava to support people with disabilities; expanded involvement with LGBTech and earned the gold standard mark in the EquaLGBT+ Index — the highest honor any company in Israel can receive from the equality measurement; shared inspirational career journeys with young female students through Shavot; partnered with the Imperva Women’s Network for several initiatives; and more.

Making the world a better place doesn’t stop at DE&I initiatives. The Imperva Volunteer Time Off (VTO) Program offers employees dedicated time off work each year to give back to their communities in a way that is meaningful to them.
In addition, employees are granted unlimited time to give back together as a team. In Israel, Imperva is proud to collaborate with Helpi, an innovative non-profit online platform for micro-volunteering, which provides self-volunteering options with various populations.
