In 2024, the Israel DE&I Council hosted Pride Month celebrations; partnered with Ta’asuka Shava to support people with disabilities; expanded involvement with LGBTech and earned the gold standard mark in the EquaLGBT+ Index — the highest honor any company in Israel can receive from the equality measurement; Held a Design bootcamp for the Trans community; Hosted career preparation days for youth from the Ethiopian community,  shared inspirational career journeys with young female students through Shavot; partnered with Cyber Education Center and held numerous joint events including a career shadowing day for girls, social hackathons and more.

Making the world a better place doesn’t stop at DE&I initiatives. Imperva encourages employees to take time to give back to their communities in a way that is meaningful to them by allowing unlimited team volunteering days a year, plus 3 private days. In Israel, Imperva is proud to collaborate with Helpi, an innovative non-profit online platform for micro-volunteering, which provides self-volunteering options with various populations. “Good deeds week” is held twice a year, where teams are encouraged to take some time off together and give back to the community.
