IsraMich Investments is a leading real estate company and one of the pioneers of urban renewal in Israel. The company was founded in 2007 by the real estate entrepreneur Guy Sasson (third generation of a family of contractors, MBA graduate with specialization in real estate, and certified real estate appraiser) for the purpose of promoting entrepreneurial projects mainly in Ramat-Gan, Giv’atayim and Tel Aviv area. From its inception, the company decided to focus on urban renewal, which in those days only began to take shape. IsraMich was the second company in Israel to receive a construction permit for the NOP 38 (Tama) project in Ramat Gan, and the first to receive bank support for such a project. Over the years, the company has built and handed over 20 urban renewal projects with nearly 500 new housing units. As of today, it has signed an additional 900 housing units in projects that are in various stages of planning and execution. All the projects initiated by IshraMich are carried out by Ben Tal Construction and Entrepreneurship, which can be defined as the home contractor of IshraMich. Ben Tal Company was established in 1993 under the name Ben-Tal Construction and Investment Company and in 2011 changed its name to the current company name. The company is managed by Nissim Sasson (Guy’s father), a second generation of contractors with over 40 years of experience in the construction industry - an experience that is reflected in every project that the company carries out. During its decades of activity, Ben Tal has built many high-quality residential projects and in the last decade it has been focusing on the field of urban renewal - NOP 38/1, NOP 38/2, and Evacuation and Construction (Pinui Binui). The excellent synergy between the two companies has led with time to the establishment of unique and prestigious projects in Ramat Gan, Giv’atayim, Tel Aviv, Kiryat Ono, and Rishon LeZion. Notable Projects

Einstein, Ramat Gan - A large-scale renewal project that started with a single building (Einstein 19) and slowly expanded to four adjacent buildings on the street, so that in total it is a complex that includes five buildings, and a new facelift to the old street. The buildings rise to 8-10 stories. Some of the buildings are considered boutique buildings with only two apartments on each floor.
44-46 Weizman, Giv’atayim - A renewal project in which the company will vacate two existing buildings and build in their place a modern residential tower with 12 floors and 53 housing units. This project is considered the largest and most impressive renewal project in the Rambam neighborhood in the city.
10-12 Sokolov, Ramat Gan - A revitalization project in which the company vacates two old buildings and builds in their place a luxury tower with approximately 104 housing units in the sought-after HaGefen neighborhood.
Amnon & Tamar, Ramat Gan - A large-scale renewal project that includes 5 buildings. This is a “Pinui Binui” project and will include hundreds of new housing units.
12 Geula, Tel Aviv - A demolition and construction project, located near Geula beach and the exclusive Kerem HaTeimanim neighborhood. The project is currently in planning stages and is expected to be one of the most prestigious boutique projects in Tel Aviv.

The Great Expression of Confidence from the Bank of Jerusalem: Providing Credit for 15 Projects in Advance

In the past year, IshraMich received a great expression of confidence from the Bank of Jerusalem, which decided to sign an agreement providing credit for 15 projects in advance.
