Jit Security

Jit is transforming the existing and established market of product security, that has been dominated for many years by the concept that security teams should work separately from product development teams. The company, which specializes in product security, cloud security, code security, security orchestration, and DevSecOps, is part of a new category of security products which are aimed at development teams and integrate many product security layers into a single product.

Jit was founded in 2020 by five entrepreneurs, who joined forces to transform the way in which product security teams and product developments teams collaborate, and to enable them to implement advanced security processes into the product development process. Three of the five entrepenurs founded Cloudlock Ltd. which was sold to Cisco a few years ago. Afterwards they founded FXP, which serves as an umbrella under which they join talented entrepreneurs and establish other companies, including Jit.

The company raised $38.5 million in a seed round in 2021 from leading International VC funds (Insight, Tiger, Tech Aviv and Boldstart). The company has offices in Tel Aviv and in Boston and has about 40 about employees. The fast-growing company has customers across the globe, with an emphasis on the U.S. market.
More than 200 leading development teams are actively using the company’s product in the geographical areas of the EMEA, the U.S. and Israel. The company has a GTM team in the U.S. and is currently entering the European market.

Jit’s Open ASPM Platform orchestrates many code and cloud security scanners into a single platform and user experience. The product is made available to development teams on their existing platforms and in code and to product security teams with all of the reports and data which they require for their work. The product enables the customers to select from a wide variety of “product security plans” which are customized for various business and regulatory requirements.
