The firm was founded in October 2002 and was managed under the brand “Tik, Gilad, Keynan” for many years. Following changes in the firm’s management, its name was changed on 24/10/2018, and it is now called “Keynan, Haim & Co.,”. The firm’s team includes about a dozen lawyers, and interns, while the clients’, employees’ and transactions’ mix remain unchanged. The firm’s main practice and expertise is in the field of real-estate on all of its aspects – transactions and initiation, properties management, yielding properties, commercial centers, financing, and bank support, contracting and infrastructures, and more; in addition, the firm has expertise in urban renewal (NOP 38 and Pinui-Binui) as well, and in hotels and accommodation. The firm has been recognized as a leader in its practice areas in Israeli and international rankings.

Facilitation of the development, construction, marketing and management processes of shopping malls, power centers and other commercial centers; Facilitation of large-scale high-density projects for residence, offices, commerce, industry and other purposes; legal support for purchasing groups; facilitation of urban renewal (NOP 38, Pinui-Binui) projects; Government price-capped (Mehir LaMishtaken) projects; supporting developers in transactions for purchasing rights in multi-owner complexes; management and renting of yielding properties of all types; legal support for large entities and public companies for all types of real estate transactions, including all aspects of finance and bank support, taxation, planning and zoning, correspondence with the authorities, contracting with contractors and sub-contractors, contracting with planners, marketers and other consultants, legal counsel on all aspects of the sale laws of apartments, offices and commercial units, registration of tights in multi-occupancy houses, and in any other legal and commercial field, as required in such projects.

Adv. Ophir Keynan, (co-) Managing Partner
Has vast experience in leading large and complex real estate transactions and projects for top-tier entrepreneurs and public companies in Israel. Adv. Keynan also has extensive experience and vast knowledge in all matters pertaining to handling complex real-estate projects and agreements, including complex sale and purchase transaction, combination/cash/exchange/capital provision transactions, and mixed transaction; handling high-density and low-rise construction projects; legal handling of yielding properties and real-estate management; finance agreements, including mezzanine agreements; handling Pinui-Binui projects; legal counsel concerning agreements with consultants, contractors and infrastructures; and ongoing legal facilitation of real-estate projects throughout all of their stages. In his finance practice, Adv. Keynan handled the first financing agreements that were signed in Israel between public companies and leverage funds.
Education and Admission: Ophir Keynan has an LL.B. from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya (1999), with prior studies in the Psychology and Communication Faculty of Haifa University. Keynan was admitted to the Israeli Bar Association in 2000.

Adv. Boaz Haim, (co-) Managing Partner
Has extensive experience and unique knowledge in leading large and complex real estate transactions and projects for first-tier entrepreneurs and public companies in Israel. This includes, inter alia, complex sale and purchase transaction, combination/cash/exchange/capital provision transactions, and mixed transaction; government price-capped projects; handling high-density and low-rise construction projects; legal handling of yielding properties and real-estate management; finance agreements, including mezzanine agreements; legal counsel concerning agreements with consultants, contractors and infrastructures; and ongoing legal facilitation of real-estate projects throughout all of their stages. In Addition, Boaz Haim coordinates the firm’s hotels and accommodation practice, in which he gained extensive experience in handling agreements concerning hotel complexes, etc., as well as all types of management and leasing agreements in this area.
Education and Admission: Boaz has an LL.B. from the She’arei Mishpat College. He was admitted to the Israeli Bar Association in 2007. Boaz has an M.A., Dispute Management and Resolution, from Bar Ilan University.

Adv. Ben Hillel – Partner
Has experience in leading complex real-estate transactions. In this framework, he handles numerous transactions in every real-estate segment, including sale and purchase transaction; high-density and detached houses; financing agreements; rental and management agreements in hotel complexes; and ongoing legal support for real-estate projects throughout all of their stages. In addition, Ben Hillel has extensive unique knowledge on all aspects of contractor agreements, the practice area that he coordinates in the firm. Adv. Ben Hillel also gained extensive experience in yielding properties and shopping malls.
Education and Admission: Ben Hillel has an LL.B. from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya. He was admitted to the Israeli Bar Association in 2007.
