From an HR point of view, the company’s main challenge is maintaining our growth momentum, while preserving our organizational culture and distinct company DNA through this rapid growth, such that each person who joins us in this crazy journey will know that they come first.

Investing in your human capital is not only important but also lucrative.
What should one remember during hardships?
"If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together”. Teamwork and collaboration enable achievement of business goals. It pushes you to stop and listen, and consider different approaches for a solution, which isn’t necessarily slow you down, but will in fact, contribute to the overall success of the company and reaching it objectives.
