What should one remember during hardships?
In a dynamic environment such as a fast growing startup company, it’s important to keep in mind that it’s like a roller coaster ride. Don’t get blind sighted by success, and, at the same time, don’t get discouraged when things get rough. The important thing is understanding what isn’t working, and quickly adapt and act accordingly.
