The promotion of a substantial evacuation and reconstruction project by assigning the owners a different developer that will actually see their project through. Generating trust among owners in such a project is the result of a significant thought process, and when you have that trust you can move forward in an optimal and efficient manner.

We strive to strengthen the connections and relationships with our clients, including by recruiting lawyers who specialize in accompanying tenants during urban renewal processes, aiming to improve and perfect the services we provide.

Locating new and significant projects.
What would you recommend to an up-and-coming executive?
An executive must be attentive to their surroundings, including colleagues, employees, clients, etc. Decisions must be made based on the information gathered. An executive should not worry about making mistakes, those will occur from time to time, and you can learn from them as well.
What should one remember during hardships?
Good times will follow, don’t get discouraged.
