The firm was founded in 2004 by Advocates Dani Abu and Elad Laron in Zikhron Ya’akov. Owing to its numerous successes it grew rapidly, and in 2005 another office was opened in Ramat Gan. Currently, the firm handles, among others, many urban renewal projects, in addition to development projects.
Furthermore, the firm has expertise in franchising law in Israel, and it provides top-tier legal services to leading companies, including Roladin, Golda, and more, on contracting with franchisees.

Real Estate: The firm specializes in drafting a wide variety of real estate contracts, including properties sale and purchase, even by tenders, liquidations and dissolutions of partnership, “Price Per Tenant”/”Target Price”. The firm is an expert in urban renewal, Tama 38/1 (seismic retrofitting), Tama 38/2 (reconstruction) and Pinui-Binui complexes, in the representation and support of residents and initiators/contractors in a wide variety of issues, including combination transactions, purchasing groups, commercial centers, and development, rental, sales and management of real estate projects.
Commercial Law and Franchise Law: The firm specializes in drafting commercial agreements, with an expertise in franchise agreements. In this field, the firm represents both franchisors and franchisees, and provides first-class legal services on the formulation of business partnerships, representing some of Israel’s leading franchise companies.
Corporate Law: The firm is experienced in corporate law, including the incorporation of companies, NPOs, partnerships, M&As, liquidations and moratoriums, ongoing counsel to companies, associations, and partnerships. The firm also provides ongoing legal services on a retainer basis to various clients.
Labor Law: The firm provides comprehensive legal services including managing claims in the labor courts, severance payments, overtime, punitive damages, non-compete clauses, NDAs, and more for private, commercial and public clients.

The Partners

Adv. Dani Abu: founded the firm in 2005, specializes in all aspects of real estate and planning and zoning. He has been handling large-scale real estate transactions in Israel and abroad, including sale and purchase, combination transactions, yielding properties including shopping malls and commercial centers, partnership transactions, residential, commerce and industry constructions, expansions in Kibbutzim and Moshavim, gas stations construction, urban renewal, representation of initiators and residents, purchasing groups and construction associations. He accompanies initiators, contractors and construction companies in every aspect of their operations, including drafting tenders, execution agreements, planning and zoning, project advisory and facilitation, _representation before various authorities, such as planning authorities, planning and zoning commissions and local authorities, and more. He handles appeals and objections, and legal proceedings including administrative and Bagatz petitions. In addition, he handles litigation for real estate and other matters, with a particular specialization in disputes between business partners.
In addition, he specializes in franchising in Israel and represents leading Israeli franchise companies. He supports his clients continually in all of their contractual relationships with the property owners on the one hand and with franchisees and the other. Adv. Abu lectures and teaches in the IBA on real-estate and franchises in Israel, and was appointed Deputy Chairman of the IBA’s National Real-Estate Forum. He serves as an arbitrator for real estate and commerce matters.

Adv. Elad Laron: founded his firm in 2005 and serves as its founding and managing partner to this very day. He specializes in all aspects of commercial law in representation in tribunals in complex and complicated litigation cases in every branch of commercial and real estate law, including cases with tax and labor law implications. In addition, he handles complex commercial transactions.
He practices labor law and provides comprehensive and professional services for employers. He accompanies commerce, manufacturing, initiation and food companies and utilities regularly, with first-class legal support for all of their operations’ aspects, including tenders and ongoing facilitation, support and advisory for all matters.
