What are the firm’s strongest attributes?
Lipa Meir is based on organic growth. Most of our lawyers started as interns in the firm, and were chosen to continue their career in it based on professional excellence, social and interpersonal match, and dedication. The human resource is the firm’s strongest attribute.
What are the main challenges facing firm in the next few years?
One of our major challenges is to maintain an optimal balance from the aspect of the firm’s size: increase the number of lawyers without reducing our professional level, diversify our practice areas without disrupting the familial nature, maintain the common DNA of our personnel without ignoring the benefits of external influences.
What would you recommend an up and coming executive?
The legal world becomes more and more oriented towards specializations and sub-specializations. I recommend to each young lawyer to choose a specific legal field, and do the best they can in order to become proficient in it and acquire a unique specialty.
What should one remember during hardships?
It is important to remember that many things are cyclical, and even if not everything is great today, tomorrow is a new day, when everything can change.
