Founder

The late Adv. Mordechai (Marko) Tagar: Founded in the firm in 1980 after serving in a variety of roles in various insurance companies. After establishing the firm, Adv. Tagar developed a special expertise in insurance law, and turned the firm into one of Israel’s leading firms in this field. The Late Adv. Tagar became renowned as an expert in civil litigation and participated in the setting of several precedents in the Supreme Court in the insurance legal practice.

Executive Team

Adv. Keren Tagar: Keren has been serving as an associate and managing partner of the firm since 1999 and continues to lead the firm in the footsteps of her late father. She has an LL.B. and a B.A., Business Administration from IDC Herzliya.

Adv. Avi Reginiano: Avi serves as an attorney and a founding partner in the firm’s commercial law department. Avi accompanies and counsels on a personal and permanent basis to senior executives and high-net-worth families and individuals in respect of their business and legal fields of operations. Avi has vast experience and expertise in accompanying complex commercial real estate transactions in general and in hospitality and accommodation sector in particular. Avi has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 1999 and he has an LL.B. and a B.A., Business Administration from IDC Herzliya.

Adv. Nir Kalderon: Nir serves as an attorney and a founding partner in the firm’s commercial law department. Nir has extensive experience in complex M&A and investment transactions in the fields of Hi-Tech, retail, infrastructures and services companies. Nir also accompanies and counsels on a personal and permanent basis to senior executives and high-net-worth families and individuals in respect of their business and legal fields of operations. Nir has developed a unique expertise in accompanying leading retail chains in transactions for granting exclusive franchise and distribution rights in Israel and globally. Nir has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 1999 and he has an LL.B. and a B.A., Business Administration (cum laude) from IDC Herzliya.
