About Michal Galkin & Co. Law Firm

Michal Galkin & Co. Law Firm is a specialized (“boutique”) firm which practices exclusively all aspects of planning and construction law. The firm tailors a strategy for each and every case in accordance with the case’s characteristics. Following in-depth research of the data, the firm presents to the client the possible courses of actions, and also the course of action that the firm recommends. In cases where the client’s goal can be achieved through dialogue and agreements, such a proceeding is fully covered in the framework of the facilitation of the case and often succeeds. On the other hand, such a recommendation will not be given in cases where it believes that there is no “partner” or the nature of the dispute is not suitable for such negotiation and this will just waste the client’s time and resources.
