What recent key move did you lead?
As a lawyer and businessman, one of my most significant recent initiatives was the implementation of the international quality standard ISO 9001 within our company. This involved creating a comprehensive set of procedures covering all stages of client service—from initial contact through the conclusion of their case and beyond, into future follow-ups. This approach has enhanced our operational efficiency, improved the quality of our services, and increased client satisfaction. By adopting the ISO 9001 standard, we not only underscore our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement but also reinforce our organizational culture of responsibility and client-focused professionalism. Holding this certification provides a competitive advantage, especially appealing to clients in the commercial law sector.

Our team consists of skilled lawyers with diverse specialties, whose dedication, empathy, and integrity foster enduring client relationships. The firm's well-established reputation as a credible and focused entity attracts new clients and equips us to manage complex legal matters effectively. 

Which of the company’s recent key moves will strengthen it in the coming years?
Recently, we invested in advanced technologies, including AI-based tools, to enhance every level of our operations. These tools improve client communication, increase service efficiency, and integrate cutting-edge technology into our legal work. We also stay current with the latest legal developments to ensure top-tier service. These advancements are poised to maintain our leadership in the legal field. 

What are the main challenges facing the company in the next few years?
Our primary challenge is to maintain our outstanding legal expertise and service quality amidst rapid technological advancements. Adopting innovative practices and integrating AI tools into our daily operations are crucial. We must embrace these changes while upholding our high standards and professional ethics. 

What would you recommend to an up-and-coming executive?
To a new executive, I would advise:

• Define clear targets: Set measurable, challenging yet achievable goals, and outline steps to reach them. Align your team with these objectives using effective management methods like OKRs.
• Keep it simple: Prioritize important tasks and streamline operations to avoid unnecessary complexities.
• Stay proactive: Continuously seek opportunities and make informed decisions. Awareness, initiative, commitment, and intellectual agility are vital for success.
• Invest in your team's growth, encourage innovation, and remain open to learning. These principles can significantly enhance your competitive edge.
   

What should one remember during hardships?
During challenging times, it's vital to remember our fundamental role as lawyers: to remain loyal to our clients and protect their rights. Clients depend on us for reliable and professional advice more than ever in uncertain times.
A known interpretation of the word “Mashber” in Hebrew means "birth", "the birthing chair", this is to teach us that every 'crisis' brings with it the birth of something new.
It is important to maintain optimism, see the opportunities in every obstacle, and focus on creative solutions.
In the business world - unity and mutual support within a team is very important, thanks to teamwork, mental stability, and commitment to our values, we can overcome any storm and come out stronger on the other side.
Reflecting on our shared experiences, after the terrible disaster that befell our nation on Oct. 7th 2023, and even though what happened has impacted us all greatly, the unity between us will help us bear the pain and gradually grow from it.
