Nehushtan Yogev & Co. is a boutique law firm that specializes in complex commercial and business litigation: complex contractual lawsuits, shareholders disputes, class and derivative actions and family disputes that include complex commercial issues.

The firm’s team members, who has been working together for many years, started off a new path in 2018, when Adv. Yori Nehushtan and Adv. Adi Yogev founded an independent firm. The firm emphasizes professional excellence, legal creativity, thoroughness and a personal and devoted service, in order to position itself at the forefront of the Israeli litigation field.
The firm takes care to handle a limited number of complex cases, while giving every client its full attention. Each of the cases is reviewed anew at every stage, in order to achieve the best result, even before completing the proceedings.

Adv. Yori Nehushtan, Founding Partner
Adv. Yori Nehushtan is one of Israel’s leading commercial litigators. He is an expert in commercial litigation and has been practicing it for almost three decades. His creativity and proactivity, which are expressed in the settlements of the commercial disputes that he manages, created his excellent reputation, which precedes him.
Adv. Nehushtan has an LL.B. from the Hebrew University and studied for an LL.M. in the London School of Economics. He was admitted to the Israel Bar in 1991.
During his decades of experience, he handled hundreds of complex and significant cases, and represented private and business clients from a broad spectrum of sectors in the Israeli economy.
In 1999, he was one of the founders of the law firm Nehushtan, Zafran, Scharf & Co.
In 2018, he founded Nehushtan Yogev & Co. with Adv. Adi Yogev.

Adv. Adi Yogev, Founding Partner
Adv. Adi Yogev has been specializing in commercial litigation for almost two decades. She has longstanding experience in counseling and representing private and business clients in commercial litigation cases across a wide variety of topics. She specializes, first and foremost, in complex contractual disputes, corporate disputes, class actions and liquidation proceedings in the various tribunals.
The in-depth knowledge that she gained in her years of professional work, her proven reliability and the legal creativity with which she was gifted are the source of her numerous successes and her clients’ satisfaction.
She was a partner in Nehushtan, Zafran, Scharf & Co., and earlier she was an associate in the civil-commercial litigation department of a leading Israeli law firm.
She has an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University, and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2002.
In 2018, she founded Nehushtan Yogev & Co. with Adv. Yori Nehushtan.

Adv. Shirley Avner
Adv. Shirley Avner, who specializes in commercial litigation, handles large-scope disputes that are managed in various tribunals, arbitrations and before authorities.
She has been a member of the firm’s team since 2011, originally in the framework of Nehushtan, Zafran, Scharf & Co. Before joining the team, she was the legal assistant of the Hon. Judge Shaul Manheim in the Central District Court, after completing her internship in the Rishon LeZion Magistrate Court.
She has an LL.B. (cum laude) and an LL.M. from Tel Aviv University. She was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2007.

Adv. Gal Shabi
Adv. Gal Shabi, who specializes in commercial litigation, handles complex legal proceedings for the full gamut of civil-commercial fields in the various courts.
He has been a member of the firm’s team since 2013, originally in the framework of Nehushtan, Zafran, Scharf & Co. Before joining, he interned in the Ministry of Justice, The Tel Aviv District Attorney Office (civil).
He has an LL.B. from Bar Ilan University. He was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2013. 

Adv. Hadas Gerstein
Adv. Hadas Gerstein, who specializes in commercial litigation, handles a variety of legal proceedings in the various courts.
She has been a member of the firm’s team since 2016, originally in the framework of Nehushtan, Zafran, Scharf & Co.
She has an LL.B. from Bar Ilan University, and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2016.
