Neot HaMaccabim Group (NH) is one of Israel’s leading real estate companies. The company specializes in the development, construction, marketing and management of real estate projects, and in creating an A to Z course comprehensively, responsibly and safely. Since its establishment, the company successfully developed, built and populated more than 1,000 apartments across Israel with great success, and the company benefits from high financial resilience and extensive and close relationships with decisionmakers in the financial system - some of Israel’s largest and most esteemed investment houses, banks, and financiers. Over the past few years, the company began to cooperate with China-based Longxin Construction Group - one of the largest construction companies in the world. This partnership provides NH with self-construction capabilities of the highest level along with financial resilience and work permits for about 1,000 Chinese workers that the Chinese company is bringing to the partnership.

Transparency, Quality and Strict Compliance with the Schedules

The company believes in fair pricing, full transparency, construction quality, accurate execution and strict compliance with time and delivery schedules, and above all – close support for all customers past, present and future. During its more than 30 years of operations in the real estate market, the group initiated, marketed and managed dozens of projects across Israel, both in self-developed commercial and private real estate projects and in urban renewal frameworks, and thus acquired enormous experience in developing, constructing and managing diverse projects across Israel. Nowadays, the group is developing 12 building projects simultaneously, of which 6 are in construction and delivery stages and 6 in planning and permit stages. The group believes in creating strong, high-quality communities in every project it builds and donates 10% of its profits to community projects and ventures across Israel, with precedence to projects in the areas where it builds.

Executive Team

Itay Tirosh – Co-CEO – Itay has vast experience in construction and development, and he currently serves as Co-CEO and director of NH Group and Tirgav Ltd. He has a B.A., Business Administration.
Danny Erez, Co-CEO - Danny worked for years managing and founding tech companies and over the past decade he has served as director and Co-CEO of NH Group. He also owns shares in several medical equipment and tech companies. He holds advanced degrees in law and business administration.
Shalom Pichhadze, Founder and President - Shalom founded NH in 1992 and currently serves as its president and chairperson. He formerly served as a manager in HaMeshakem Ltd. He holds an M.Sc. in Mathematics and has previously been a lecturer at the Technion University.
Vika Erez, CFO - Vika is a lawyer and CPA who specializes in taxation and financial management, with more than 15 years of experience in financial management in international companies (such as EY). Since 2014, she has been responsible for managing the group’s financial functions.
Relly Kelem, VP for Planning and Quality Assurance - Relly has 22 years of experience in managing and planning large-scale and complex projects in the US and Israel, both for residential and commercial use.

NH focuses on three main areas of operations: high-density residential projects, urban renewal, and yielding properties. Below are some of its notable populated and under construction projects.

Residential

Nofei Illit, Modi’in - a project in the Nofim neighborhood, one of Modi’in’s highest and most beautiful neighborhoods. Offers residents an upscale and intimate residential complex with a pastoral view of the Jerusalem Mountains. The project includes three 7-story buildings with 48 apartments. Successfully completed and occupied.
Ginot Harish, Harish - Ginot Harish is one of the flagship projects of the evolving city of Harish. The project includes 7 buildings with 154 apartments and is located in the upscale Haprahim Neighborhood, in the city’s southeastern area. The project’s apartments overlook a green natural forest and the fields of Kibbutz Metzar.
The project was completed and populated.
Kiryat HaSharon, Netanya - A project with 2 buildings with 37 apartments on HaGilad street, in Kiryat HaSharon’s upscale northern area. The buildings are characterized by luxurious planning, upscale lobbies and spacious, designer apartments. Successfully completed and occupied.

Urban Renewal

7 Beit Lehem, Ramat Gan - nop 38/2 (demolition and reconstruction) where the company built a spacious building with 19 large apartments in 9 stories including a private subterranean parking for all of the residents. Successfully completed and occupied.
9 Beit Lehem, Ramat Gan - nop 38/2 (demolition and reconstruction) where the company is building a building with 19 apartments in 9 stories including a private subterranean parking for all of the residents. Under construction.
46 Sharet, Ramat Gan - nop 38/2 project in which the company will construct 31 apartments over various floors, including an under-ground parking lot. Permits pending.
1-3 HaMe’iri, Neot Afeka, Tel Aviv - nop 38/2 project where the company is building 2 new buildings in one of Tel Aviv’s most prestigious and in-demand neighborhoods. The project includes 37 luxurious designer apartments. Pending construction.
19 Tel Hai, Ramat Gan - nop 38/2 project where the company demolished an old 3-story building with 6 apart-ments and built a modern 9-story building with 19 apartments and two parking basements.
5-7 David Elazar, Ra’anana - nop 38/2 project where the company is building two 8-story buildings with 60 apartments including private parking spaces for all of the residents. In permit stages.
9-11 David Elazar, Ra’anana - nop 38/2 project where the company is building two 8-stories buildings with 60 apartments, including private parking spaces for all of the residents. In planning stages.
1 David Elazar, Ra’anana - nop 38/2 project in which the company is building a 30-apartment building, spread over 8 floors, including private parking for all tenants. The project pending permits.
1-3-5 Kaddish Luz, Petah Tikva - nop 38/2 project in which the company builds 3 buildings with 108 apartments, spread over 10 floors, including private parking for all tenants. The project is in planning stages.
27-29 Pines, Petah Tikva - nop 38/2 project in which the company is building 2 buildings with 72 apartments, spread over 10 floors, including private parking for all tenants. The project is in the planning stages.
27 Bezalel, Tel Aviv - nop 38/2 project in which the company is building a new building in the prestigious center of Tel Aviv. The project includes 17 designed housing units. The project is in planning stages.

Business Properties

Kikar Nof, Ariel - An upscale project in the heart of Ariel, near the city’s park and its leisure, entertainment and cultural center. This 11-story building includes 50 residential units and commercial areas. Successfully populated since 2004.
Pisgat HaAkedemia, Ariel - an upscale 11-story building with 50 residential units and commercial areas. The project is close to Ariel University on a hill with a view of the Samaria Mountains and is popular amongst students and academic staff members. This project continues the city’s Kikar Nof project and is located near it. Successfully completed and occupied.
