About New House Group
New House Group (NHG) is a leading development and construction company that specializes in urban renewal. The group was founded in 2018 by the parent company “Mashour Brothers”, which is one of the largest construction companies in Jerusalem.
NHG focuses on initiating and planning Tama 38 projects (including architectural preservation elements) at the heart of Jerusalem’s sought-after historical neighborhoods, among which are Rehavia, Talbiya and the German Colony.
The company is promoting large-scale Pinui-Binui projects in several neighborhoods in Jerusalem, including French Hill, Kiryat Menachem and Kiryat Yovel. The company recently expanded its operations in other major cities, and it is at advanced negotiations stages for several projects in Tel Aviv and Ramat Gan. Currently, the company is promoting and planning 14 projects – 9 of which are in advanced planning and permits stages and 5 in various signing stages. As of 2022, over 1,200 apartments are expected to be constructed, and more than 20,000 sq.m. of yielding areas, with expected revenues of over NIS1B. NHG is headed by its CEO and owner, Mr. Khaled Mashour (who serves as the CEO and owner of Mashour Brothers) and the company’s VP, Mr. Shachar Burleigh.

Mashour Brothers is a privately-owned company, which has been operating for over 20 years in the fields of real estate development, construction and initiation. The company specializes in the construction of residential neighborhoods, hotels, offices and commerce. The company holds a C5 contractor classification and employs about 300 employees, and has populated over 4,000 apartments to date as an execution contractor, and constructed over 20,000 sq.m. of office and commerce spaces and more than 600 hotel rooms across several cities, including Jerusalem, Be’er Sheva, Modi’in, Beit Shemesh and Mevaseret.

Most of Mashour Brothers’ projects are executed in Jerusalem, and for over a decade it has been considered to be one of Israel’s largest construction execution companies, with large-scale projects mainly in the private sector. Over the past year, the owner of controlling interests in NHG established a new operating arm in Turkey, through which the company will develop and build residential complexes, hotels and urban renewal projects.

Mishkanot Elishar, Jerusalem: Construction of 112 apartments and a commerce floor. “Angel Gardens” Hotel, Jerusalem: 200 hotel rooms in 8 stories and 6 stories of automated underground parking. Eden Complex, Jerusalem: 200 apartments in a 30-story towers, a 200-room hotel and commerce areas, above 9 stories of underground parking. Havatzelet Hotel, Jerusalem: A project under construction at city center, which includes conservation work for two buildings and an expansion of the hotel. Nativ BaShdera, Beit Shemesh: 10 buildings with 280 apartments and 5,000 sq.m. of commerce areas. Kardan in Agripas, Jerusalem: Conservation of a historical commerce floor and the addition of 78 new apartments.

15 HaLamed He, Old Katamon, Jerusalem: A Tama 38/1 project: reinforcment and expansion of 16 existing apartments with 8 new luxury apartments in two new stories. Works are expected to begin in 1Q23.
18 Radak, Jerusalem: A unique Tama 38/2 project, planned in Bauhaus style. Eviction of 6 existing apartments and reconstruction of 17 new ones. Works are expected to begin in 3Q24.
6 Avital, Mekor Haim, Jerusalem: A Tama 38/2 project. Eviction of 2 existing apartments and reconstruction of 22 new ones at an upscale standard. Works are expected to begin in 4Q23.
59 Tchernichovsky, Rasco, Jerusalem: A Tama 38/2 project. Eviction of 13 existing apartments and reconstruction of 24 new ones. Works are expected to begin in 4Q24.
68 Emek Refaim, German Colony, Jerusalem: A Tama 38/2 project. Eviction of an old building with 14 existing apartments and reconstruction of two separate buildings with 26 new apartments . Works are expected to begin in 4Q24.
13 Arlozorov, Rehavia, Jerusalem: Tama 38/1 – reinforcement and expansion of 11 existing apartments and the addition of 4 new luxury apartments.
Pinui-Binui:
French Hill: A large-scale project: Eviction of 174 existing apartments and reconstruction of 600 new apartments, and commerce and employment areas.
4 Panama, Jerusalem: Eviction of 24 apartments and reconstruction of 120 new apartments and commerce areas.
