What are the company’s strongest attributes?
In my opinion, the main strength of the company is our human talent. We managed to bring in great people who are a force multiplier, and that's how we reach crazy achievements while maintaining an efficient organization.

Which of the company’s recent key moves will lead to it becoming stronger over the next few years?
In the last year, we have been emphasizing the organizational structure. Our main motivation is to produce teams that can fully close a circle around tasks and hold responsibility for entire areas. We already see that such teams are more connected to the product, and KPIs and produce at a higher level. 

What are the main challenges facing the company in the next few years?
We have a huge appetite for growth - new products, additional markets, and a lot of depth to add to the existing products. Our challenge will be to manage this growth in a controlled manner and maintain our character as a company. We would like to grow not only by increasing the number of employees but also by personal growth and the unique contribution of each one. 

What would you recommend for an up-and-coming executive?
Building trust with the team and giving people enough room to grow.

What should one remember in harder times?
It is important to remember that they are only temporary and that humor and good spirit are essential. Hard times are part of the way, and they help us grow 😊
