What recent key move did you lead?
One of the key steps in the company's development in the world of Israeli and global high tech was drawing a vision for the company that combines different, innovative, and unique products that users will enjoy, with the end goal of entering diverse technological worlds. This year we carried out a significant rebranding that included a new name and an updated logo that convey what we strive for much more than just gaming.
What are the company’s strongest attributes?
Our company, employees, and customers have many strengths. The main one is the one that pushes us forward - we are not afraid to step out of our comfort zone and challenge ourselves every time. In doing so, we achieve goals every day while breaking boundaries and glass ceilings and reinventing ourselves.
What are the main challenges facing the company in the next few years?
Like other companies operating in Israel, I believe that as a global company, one of the central challenges will be to play an integral role in strengthening and revitalizing the hi-tech sector in Israel after the recent events. I think that strong and stable companies in the industry have a responsibility because, ultimately, as the Israeli industry thrives, we too can continue to develop and succeed.
What would you recommend for an up-and-coming executive?
There are many challenges in management, and they continue all along the way. It is important to step into the role with a long-term perspective and see how to create the right balance between setting a course and vision and day-to-day management. Of course, as long as you can add good, reliable people to your journey (one of the most important qualities), your way towards the goal and your focus on the vision will be even more achievable. In essence, good management is the intentional direction of people towards a goal while creating personal and mutual assurance, and there is nothing like a personal example.
What should one remember in harder times?
The most important thing to remember is certainly there will be difficulties up the road. There is no way to escape them and they can also come as a complete surprise. Additionally, what we sometimes forget is that others around us also face difficulties, and this includes our employees, partners, suppliers, and competitors. Therefore, we have to stick to our truth and look towards the North Star that we have defined for ourselves and the company. The more we persevere through hardship, the more we will be able to reach the goal we have set.
