Paz Construction Ltd. was established in 1989 and is considered to be one of Israel’s leading construction companies in its segment. The company has been specializing, for more than 35 years, in executing construction and finishing works for commercial properties of all types, especially planning and execution of offices for international companies, hi-tech companies, law and accounting firms, banks etc. Since 2009, the company has also been active in entrepreneurship in the urban renewal segment and it specializes in planning and devel of structures across all of their stages: from initial counsel, through the preparation of engineering plans, obtaining permits from local authorities, supervising and managing the works and executing the project in the field. The company executes projects of office, commercial and logistics centers in the size range of 1,500-3,000 sq.m., while meeting the highest and strictest standards and assisted by ISO 9001. The company also specializes in and executes office finishing projects (including a planning and execution process) in particularly short timeframes – with the delivery of the project to the customer within just 4-5 months. Paz Construction has longstanding experience in this field, vast reliability and an extensive track record. It has been executing hundreds of projects to industry-leading companies in the Israeli and global economies.

Co-CEOs

Nitzan Paz, Co-CEO
A real estate entrepreneur with more than 40 years of experience. He started his professional construction career in Nigeria, where he assisted in the promotion of projects for one of Israel’s largest construction companies. After several years, he established a contracting company and in 1989 he brought the vast experience that he accumulated into the private company that he founded – Paz Construction Ltd.
In the early 2000s Ilan joined him as a partner, and nowadays the company is a group of companies.
Over the years, Nitzan led a long series of impressive projects in the finishing works and urban renewal segments. It started with the construction of hundreds of apartments in southern Israel’s Kibbutzim and towns, followed by office and commercial projects in sizes of 3,000-30,000 sq.m., acquisition and redevelopment of yielding properties, and leading the group and its expansion into urban renewal projects in Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan and surrounding areas. Nitzan is currently the bringing the resume, knowledge, worker teams and infrastructures that he built in the company, into the construction and urban renewal industry, in order to lead the projects to the highest level of execution.

Ilan Karsilovski, Co-CEO
A real estate entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience. He started his professional construction career in sales and marketing, and in his latest role he managed the marketing function of German-based AMF, which was sold to Knauf Group, a global construction and acoustic products manufacturer.
In the early 2000s, Ilan joined Nitzan Paz, and together they built the Paz Construction group. Some of the projects that Ilan led over the years include planning several floors in the prestigious Sapir Tower in Ramat Gan, LYFE building, a unique project for the global MasterCard, the offices of the law firm Shibolet, Assuta headquarters and office projects for Bank Discount, Microsoft, Siemens, IBM, Yellow Pages, various logistics centers and more. Ilan also led the expansion of the group into development and execution of urban renewal projects, alongside with the acquisition and redevelopment of yielding properties, and nowadays he is supervising the execution of the company’s finishing works projects and its A to Z logistics, with meticulous attention to thoroughness, quality and professionalism. By education he has a B.A., Business Administration and industrial management practical engineering diploma.

The company is also active in private and commercial properties development in Israel and abroad, including the initiation and management of urban renewal projects in Israel and upscale residential buildings and neighborhoods (and acquisitions and redevelopment of properties) in the U.S. (Florida and Philadelphia), Portugal, Germany and more.

The Offices of Shibolet & Co. – the new offices of the law firm in Rubinstein Towers, Tel Aviv. The project included the construction of 7 office floors, more than 9,000 sq.m., about 300 executive rooms and 30 meeting rooms.
DARK BOOT Investments Offices – buildings the company’s executive offices in Midtown Tower, Tel Aviv, and office floors in the Barlev Park covering more than 12,000 sq.m.
