Salor Construction Company Ltd specializes in urban renewal - NOP 38/2 (demolition and construction) and Pinui Binui projects and provides tenants and rights holders with a comprehensive service package, including a new apartment with a secured space, a sun terrace, and private parking.
Apartments feature high-quality finishes and rich specifications. During the project, rent is paid for an alternative apartment. The banking system is involved throughout the project, from the beginning until the key is handed over to the tenants whose dreams have become a reality.

Additional areas of activity

Agricultural land - the company purchases agricultural land intended for residential or commercial use. It markets part of the land to customers while retaining part of the land component in its ownership. Upon completion of the purchase procedure, the company develops the intended project to its final stage and registers the apartment in the tabu in the new tenants’ name.
Lands for future use - the company excels in identifying land with the potential for obtaining a permit for residential or commercial use as well as facilitating these procedures successfully. Jabotinsky - Rothschild complex, Rishon Lezion- construction of a luxury project that combines residential and commercial space.
7 Bar Kochba, Tel Aviv - construction of a 5-story luxury building that includes 3- and 4-room apartments.
7 Yad Shalom, Ramat Gan - a residential building with a diverse mix of apartments is being planned by the company.
57 Sokolov, Herzliya - construction of a luxury building with 13 floors and two commercial floors. The project is located in the heart of Herzliya and includes commercial areas and 47 housing units in a diverse mix of 3, 4, and 5-room apartments.
