Idan Shemesh, Co-CEO
Idan Shemesh acquired his Structural Engineering B.Sc from Ben Gurion University and his M.E in Structural Engineering from Technion, specializing in project management arbitration and mediation. Ido follows the legacy of three generations in the field of project management and construction entrepreneurship. He specializes in project management while ensuring compliance with the three essential aspects of every project: schedule, quality, and budget. Idan has skills in leading contractual engagements in a variety of fields of structural engineering, and he offers his clients rich experience in locating and creating solutions in the various planning and execution stages.
Shiran Shemesh, joint CEO
B.A graduate in Business Management and Marketing from Reichman University. Shiran manages all departments dealing with the planning and licensing processes. These include from building the program to tendering the contractors and execution, including the licensing and urban building scheme division and coordinating the planning using 3D BIM methodology. Shiran has extensive experience in finding complex solutions in the planning and licensing procedures while maintaining direct contact with key players in the industry and authorities. These qualities turn Shiran into a leading and appreciated professional in the field with a large base of power, influence, and expertise in promoting complex plans and urban building schemes with senior planners and various committees in Israel.

Shemesh manages projects from A to Z, starting with the planning coordination and obtaining building permits all through supervision and quality assurance through the execution. In order to professionally provide the above-mentioned services at a high level, Shemesh Project Management operates 5 central divisions managed as organic units. Each of these has its own focus and expertise and they all work hand in hand in close collaboration and full synergy for the success of the client’s project:
Licensing and Urban Building Scheme Division - this division includes expert and experienced architects and engineers in charge of accompanying the planning process with the planners and consultants as well as leading the process with the authorities and various statutory entities for the client.
Planning Coordination Division - includes architects and engineers specializing in the planning and coordination procedures. The work of the division is integrated with the initial stages of each project and begins by understanding the field, its environment, the plans that apply, and its unique conditions. The division performs extremely precise planning, according to each discipline, while implementing a unique tagging system, quality control system, process control system, and budget control system.
Project Management and Execution Supervision Division - this division includes an engineering team specializing in project management and execution. The division offers its clients a team fully tailored to the scope and purpose of the project while providing close accompaniment of the company managers. The supervision team carries out the execution of the project from the destruction until the end of the construction, while supervising the quality of the execution, examining inconsistencies and correcting deficiencies, conducting ongoing follow-up meetings, coordinating updates and solving problems that may result with the planners.
Quality Control Division - this division accompanies all the projects in the planning stage as well as the execution stage using extensive testing and quality assurance of the execution of the processes by the company employees themselves and the service providers in the project. The division carries out quality control using detailed and unique Check Lists developed by it, which specify the execution modeling processes and their full execution from the coordination stage throughout the entire execution stages, until the end of the project and its population.
3D BIM Division - this division provides the company clients with a high added value thanks to the encounter of engineering and technology and the upgrade of the traditional construction world towards advanced, technological and high-tech process management. This division manages processes using BIM methodology and superposition in the REVIT and NEVIS environment. This team specializes in modeling in the BIM environment as a part of their work and undergo professional conferences and ongoing training in order to maintain their leading and unique status in their field.
