S.Gazit Real Estate Group is a real estate development and execution group that was established in 2008 by the developer Shlomi Partosh (he was later joined by Eran Zafarani, who serves as VP and partner in Gazit Engineering and Management as well as a partner in S. Gazit Real Estate). From the beginning of its inception, the company dealt in the field of urban renewal and has a wealth of experience in promoting and executing NOP 38 and Pinui Binui projects. The company incorporates within itself an operational division - Gazit Engineering and Management (contractor classification C4, moving towards C5), which executes the group’s projects and also provides primary contractor services for external development companies. Gazit Engineering and Management specializes in residential construction and carries out luxury construction projects nationwide with uncompromisingly high standards. The company’s owners have an engineering background and are certified in project management and safety.

Hundreds of New Units Over the Years

Over the years, S. Gazit Real Estate Group has completed about 20 projects of reinforcement and construction with hundreds of new housing units. As of today, it promotes many projects of NOP 38/1 (strengthening and construction) and NOP 38/2 (demolition and construction), among others in Herzliya, Holon, Bat Yam, Rishon Lezion, Ness Ziona, etc. Additionally, the group promotes Pinui Binui projects in Ramat Gan and Tirat HaCarmel.

S. Gazit Real Estate Group operates in a one-stop shop model, combining development and execution under one roof. The company’s clients, therefore, benefit from a dedicated and reliable real estate group that functions as a single point of contact throughout the entire urban renewal process. As a result of the group’s financial support, customers are also guaranteed a great deal of peace of mind. Most of the company’s projects are self-financed, except for projects in which the company must use a lending bank or a lending fund. Thanks to its financial strength, the group collaborates with various banks. In all of its projects, the group strives to build them to a higher construction standard than usual while also granting generous modifications in projects that are not located in prime locations. Thus, among other things, the tenants benefit from particularly rich specifications that include luxury kitchens, fine marble models, luxurious sanitary ware, and much more.

A Team of Top-Notch Professionals

The group’s team includes skilled and professional experts, each in their own field. These include, among others, execution engineers, experienced project managers, an architectural engineer to handle tenant changes, as well as skilled work groups in the many fields required to carry out the projects. The group is led by Shlomi Partosh, who is also the founder and owner. Education-wise, Shlomi is a civil engineer with many years of experience in the construction of residential buildings and towers, management of construction companies, and much more. Previously, he was a project manager for hundreds of housing units nationwide.

Selected Projects

47-49-51 Ahronovitz, Holon - A unique complex of three buildings that include 40 existing apartments, to which the company will add 34 new apartments. The project is located in the city center near intercity and urban traffic lanes.
23-25 Ahronovitz, Holon - NOP project 38/1 in which the company added 20 new apartments to two old buildings with 28 apartments.
29-31 Ahronovitz, Holon - A unique project located in front of a beautiful green area in the heart of the Holon. The project began as NOP 38/1 and, over time, was converted to NOP 38/2. As part of the project, the company will vacate 20 existing apartments and, in their place, will construct a new, modern building with 66 housing units.
32-34 Mahrozet, Bat Yam - NOP 38/1 project, which is in the process of being converted to NOP 38/2. The project is located on the border of Tel Aviv and Jaffa, near major intercity and urban traffic routes (Ayalon Highway and Jerusalem Blvd. Tel Aviv Jaffa). A light rail station is planned near the project, about 200 meters from the site. As part of the project, the company will vacate 32 existing apartments and, in their place, will construct two modern buildings with about 100 new housing units.
4 Aliya, Ness Ziona - NOP 38/1 project located on the eastern side of the city near major traffic routes. As part of the project, the company added 11 new apartments to the existing 16.
13 ZG Banot, Rishon Lezion - NOP 38/1 project located in the heart of Rishon Lezion. As part of the project, the company is adding 10 new apartments to the existing 16.
3 Davidson, Rishon Lezion - NOP 38/1 project located in the heart of Rishon Lezion, near major traffic routes and lively entertainment venues. As part of the project, the company is adding 10 new apartments to the existing 16.
39 Wolfson, Rishon Lezion - A luxury project located in the city center and near the fashionable Rothschild Street. As part of the project, the company is adding 10 new apartments to the existing 16.
16 Chazon Ish, Rishon Lezion - NOP 38/1 project in which the company is adding 10 new apartments to the existing 16.
19 Ben Yehuda, Herzliya - NOP 38/2 project where the company is tearing down an old building with 9 existing apartments and building a luxury boutique building with 25 new apartments.
3 Harari, Ramat Gan - NOP 38/1 project where the company will add 10 new apartments to an old building with 18 existing apartments.
8 Nehemiah Tamari, Ramat Gan - NOP project 38/1, in which the company will add 5 new apartments to an old building with 6 existing apartments.
