What recent key move did you lead?
The most significant move in my career was switching from working as a construction contractor who specializes in finishing works in private homes to a specializing in finishing works for offices. I brought all the knowledge and experience from the private homes segment into the office segment, aspiring to create a home ambiance in the quality of finishing in offices as well. In recent years, we started noticing a shift in trends and designs in the offices segment, and therefore my experience in private construction provides a significant advantage in this field.

What are the company’s strongest attributes?
Shevet Binyamin's significant strength is its human capital. All my employees are absolutely involved in each of the company's projects, from the executives all the way to the service managers and field workers.

Which of the company’s recent key moves will lead to it becoming stronger over the next few years?
Shevet Binyamin Ltd. has started to streamline its project completion timetables and integrated a planning arm which works in full cooperation with the execution team. The company established a dedicated planning department that utilizes advanced managerial systems and employs planning experts who cooperate closely with the manual workers and the professional execution teams, with the aim of shortening the timeframes and enabling our customers to benefit from a services umbrella which includes planning and execution as a one-stop-shop.

What are the main challenges facing the company in the next few years?
Our challenges remain the same as in previous years. We have a clear mission – to continue and lead large and prestigious projects and cooperate with international mega-corporations such as Intel, which recently joined our clientele in a planning-execution project, alongside with a variety of other companies which entrusted us with mega-complexes for planning and execution works.

What are your aspirations as the CEO of a contracting company?
I aspire to conduct international global projects oversea. I personally love the city of New York and I wouldn't mind executing planning-execution projects there.

What would you recommend an up-and-coming executive?
Pick the right professional team to stand by your side, and retain the best employee, mainly by the personal and familial attitude.

What should one remember during hardships?
The successes, the victories and the excitement of starting to work on a new project. When we look forward and aim high, no crisis can defeat us.
