Notable Cases

Challenging Will’s Validity - The office successfully defended a client’s right to inherit after her brother, whom she cared for, left her everything in his will. Despite medical expert testimony questioning the deceased’s capacity, the court upheld the will after the expert retracted his conclusions during the trial.

Precedent in the District Court - The office successfully appealed a Family Court decision regarding child custody arrangements. The ruling established guidelines for when and how family court reports should be submitted.

Defending an Elderly Testator’s Will - The office defended the will of an elderly woman who left her estate to her beloved brother and two nephews, against claims of undue influence by other relatives. The court upheld the will, affirming it reflected her final wishes.

Protecting a Prenuptial Agreement - The office represented a woman whose husband claimed he was coerced into a prenuptial agreement that entitled her to half of their apartment. The court ruled in favor of the woman, finding that the husband fully understood and voluntarily signed the agreement, and ordered him to pay legal costs.
