What recent key move did you lead?
Organization of professional training in medicine and law for members of the Southern District of the Bar Association. In addition, I recently published a book with my partner, attorney Amit Straichman, "A good toolbox from an attorney," which provides valuable insights and advice to lawyers who wish to become independent and establish their own practice.
What are the firm's strongest attributes?
In our line of work, which unfortunately meets people at difficult and complex times in their lives, a personal and humane approach to the customer is crucial. In the first place, we want our clients to feel that we are with them and do everything in our power to secure justice and comfort for them.
What are the main challenges facing the firm in the next few years?
As a leading boutique office in its field, we hope to continue growing without compromising on the level of personal service we offer each client.
What would you recommend an up and coming executive?
Leverage professional abilities and skills to drive continuous learning and improvement processes for employees. I believe that the well-known military phrase "from me you shall see and so shall you do" is generally true in business management as well. First and foremost, a manager must meet the highest personal and professional standards to expect the same from his employees.
What should one remember during hardships?
As hard times pass, only our response to them and our conduct within them remain with us.
