Flagship Project – A New Entrance to Ben Gurion Airport – Ben Gurion Airport West Intersection

The company’s flagship project is the planning management and execution management and supervision of Ben Gurion Airport’s western intersection, which will be built in route 1, in Sdot Dan regional council. The intersection is intended to be Israel’s main entrance and departure gate and will serve people arriving at terminal 3. This will significantly reduce the duration of transport to the airport and will reduce the area’s increasing transportation burden. The intersection will lead directly from the checkpoint to route 1, as a part of a comprehensive plan to widen access to the airport. The project includes the construction of 5 bridges, 2 tunnels, an underground water reservoir and an innovative checkpoint.

The company managed construction of hotels, office buildings, homes, logistic buildings, public buildings, including clinics, laboratories, emergency rooms, physio, gas systems, highways, bridges, tunnels, and large-scale infrastructure works and maintenance works.

Selected Projects:

The Chords Bridge - Managing Implementation
This harp shaped was designed by international architect Dr. Santiago Calatrava, a worldwide leading bridge designer, responsible for some of the world’s finest suspension bridges inspired by the verse “praise the harp and violin” (Psalms 150). Four main types of materials were used in building the bridge: steel and concrete for the structure, and stone and glass for facades and floors. The foundations are comprised of a deck and the largest structure is made from casting round steel boards that are welded together. The floor is made of glass layers. The bridge’s mast reaches 118 meters high with 66 chords with a string’s technique creating a feeling of floating on a bridge that weighs 4,200 tons.
Seam Zone Project - Planning and Execution Management The “Seam Zone Project” – Yoav Alon and Ofir Bouton were area managers including 400 km. of infrastructure, roads tunnels, bridges, and walls, in a scope of NIS6 billion.

Medical Centers

One of the company’s main areas of activity is project management in the medical field. The company’s mission is to manage dozens of thousands of sq.m. for Israel’s main medical centers annually, including x-ray centers, medical gas centers, physiotherapy centers, child and women health centers, dental clinics, pharmacies, including robotic ones, surgical rooms, MRI facilities, CT facilities, doctors’ rooms and intensive care. The company’s clients include Maccabi and Clalit Health Services, Assuta, Meuhedet Health Services, among others.

Maintenance Project Management

The maintenance division manages various maintenance projects nationwide, and is divided into the infrastructure section and the building management section. The infrastructure section manages roads rehabilitation and buildings in a scope of hundreds of millions of NIS annually. The buildings maintenance manages and rehabilitates buildings and enforces them for earthquakes. Clients include the Airport Authority, Israel Highways, Jerusalem Municipality, Israel Police and more.

The infrastructure division manages various infrastructure projects nationwide, including bridges and tunnels projects and multi-system infrastructure projects. The division manages projects in various stages of planning and execution, estimated at billions of NIS.
