Mivza Yehonatan, Ramla - A residential complex located in western Ramla that includes 4 buildings and is a combination of Pinui-Binui and Tama 38. About 850 new and modern housing units are planned for the complex, which will cover about 27 dunams. There will also be commercial spaces, educational facilities (kindergartens and schools), an underground parking garage for tenants, and a public park for the neighborhood’s benefit.
Planned as part of an urban renewal project, this project will be carried out in collaboration with the Ramla Municipality and the National Committee for the Planning and Construction of Preferred Housing Complexes. Urban building scheme has been approved.
Gamla, Hod Hasharon - A Pinui-Binui complex includes 3 buildings that will be transformed into 2 luxury towers with commercial and office floors. Residents will also benefit from the addition of a public area.
HaCarmel, Tel Aviv - A boutique hotel located near Tel Aviv’s Carmel Market, offering a culinary experience in the perfect location. Under construction.
