The firm was founded in 2018 and its founding partners continue decades of a vast and diverse legal representation tradition. The firm currently includes eight lawyers and for a firm which celebrates its second year in operations, it benefits from a very intensive and consistent growth in activity. The three founders of the firm, Advocates David Zilberboim, Eran Orbach and Ronen Harpaz, were partners and senior associates in some of Israel’s leading firms before joining forces and founding the firm, and they benefit from the extensive legal experience as well as vast knowledge and proficiency. The firm carefully selects its clients and is characterized by handling large clients that require ongoing legal services, and also particularly complex large cases and transactions. Founding Partners

Adv. David Zilberboim – has more than 20 years of experience as a lawyer and expertise in civil commercial litigation and the representation of defendants in class and derivative actions. Throughout the years, he has been representing local and international clients before various courts in publicized civil-commercial law disputes and also serves as an arbitrator and mediator in complex disputes in these legal fields. Beyond his legal practice, he worked as a real-estate initiator and support real estate initiators in Eastern Europe, and was a precision agriculture entrepreneur. He has an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University and has been admitted to the Israel Bar since 1997.

Adv. Eran Orbach – has 20 years of experience as a lawyer in the real estate and litigation areas of practice. He has unique expertise in large and complex real estate transactions in Israel and immense real estate investment and development transaction abroad (with an emphasis on Russia), alongside with representation in large and complex litigation cases, mainly in the real estate field. He has an LL.B. from The Hebrew University and has been admitted to the Israel Bar since 2000 

Adv. Ronen Harpaz - Has 13 years of experience as a lawyer and expertise in civil-commercial litigation which he accumulated during his work in some of Israel’s most renowned and leading firms and the private practice he managed. He facilitates cases with scopes of millions of Shekels and provides the firm’s clients with legal representation and support in various spheres, including managing shareholders disputes, derivative actions, franchising lawsuits, and real estate claims. In addition to his legal practice, he lectures in the College of Management in Rishon LeZion and the Ramat Gan Law and Business Academic Center. He has an LL.B. with honors from Tel Aviv University and has been admitted to the Israel Bar since 2007.
