Duns 100 forum for senior professionals in the defamation law sector 2025

On Monday, January 6, 2025, we hosted the Duns 100 forum for senior professionals in the defamation law sector. The event brought together the heads of Israel’s leading law firms in the field and was moderated by Gideon Oko, journalist at Channel 12 News.
Discussions at the forum focused on key issues such as the responsibility of the media, digital platforms, and social networks for user-generated defamation, trends in compensation rulings in defamation cases, the scope of expenses and damages awarded, the defense of responsible journalism, the right of public figures to protect their reputation,and more.
