On December 13, 21, we held the Duns 100 forum for senior executives in the field of real estate and urban renewal.
The forum, led by Ariel Schreiber and Efrat Segev and moderated by Adv. Dafna Shachar, Real Estate Secrets Facilitator, was held with the participation of the heads of the leading firms in the field in Israel.
In the forum, we held a fascinating discussion on some of the key issues in the field, such as: the jump in real estate prices, the removal of bureaucratic barriers by the state as a key to lowering housing prices, the government's new housing program, "Ayelet Shaked" alternative to TMA 38 Consent in construction clearance projects, uncertainty in the field of real estate taxation and other issues.
